P-72585 Lighting equipment 1
Contract P-72585 Lighting equipment 1 is for the delivery of standard lighting equipment for internal basement areas, technical rooms etc. for the Central Building West (SBV) and Pier North (PN). In addition the contract shall include verification of function al requirements and documentation.
It is mainly assumed that the lighting fittings will be based on LED technology. In addition alternative prices shall be given for lighting with an equivalent function based on fluorescent tubes or compact fluorescent tubes. The total number of fittings is approx. 2000-3000.
The contract will be assigned to 72527 El-technical infrastructure Central building and 72529 El-technical infrastructure Pier North as a sub contract for equipment that shall be used in the SBV and PN respectively.
The delivery shall follow a plan that will be established together with the electrical contractor, but the following provisional progress plan has been set up for the contract:
— Sending out the tender documents: July 2013.
— Tender: September 2013.
— Contract award: December 2013
— First delivery: June 2104 at the latest.
— Completion: 2016.
