Contract P-72585 Lighting equipment 1 is for the delivery of Standard Lighting Equipment for internal basement areas, technical rooms etc. for the Central Building West (CBW) and Pier North (PN). In addition the contract shall include verification of functional requirements and preparing documentation.
The main assumption is that the lighting fittings are to be delivered based on LED technology. In addition alternative prices shall be given for fittings with an equivalent function based on fluorescent tubes or compact fluorescent tubes. The total number of fittings is approx. 2 000 - 3 000.
The contract will be assigned to 72527 Technical electrical infrastructure Central Building and 72529 Technical electrical infrastructure Pier North as a sub contract for equipment that shall be used in the Central Building West and Pier North respectively.
The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the accelerated procedure due to a prior unsuccessful competition.
The delivery shall follow a delivery plan that will be established together with the electro contractor, but the following provisional progress plan is set up for the contract:
— Sending out the tender documents October 2013
— Receipt of tenders November 2013
— Contracting December 2013
— First delivery June 2014 at the latest
— Completion 2016.
