P-182845 Framework agreement for office furniture

OSL shall enter into a framework agreement for up to 5 years (3+1+1) for office furniture, including meeting room furniture and other office fixtures.
For the three years of 2010, 2011 and 2012 has OSL on average acquired these types goods for approximately 1 050 000 NOK per year for normal operation. In addition, for the three years 2010, 2011 and 2012 on average were extraordinary acquisitions in connection with new buildings, etc. for approximately 1 000 000 NOK per each year.
This framework agreement applies as a starting point only as an acquisition of these type goods for OSL normal operation. With extraordinary acquisitions of larger scope reserves OSL the right to conduct its own acquisition.
Information about the amounts under this section is only for the orientation of relevant suppliers and it can not be invoked as an obligation for OSL to acquire a given quantity of goods. Relevant suppliers must be prepared for both levels both can be lower and higher than what has been the case for the previous years.
