The existing school, was built in the late 1970s and is today a four parallel 8-10 school and shall be extended to six parallels via interior remodeling and the construction of a new assembly hall/ auditorium with a kitchen, wardrobe/toilets, group rooms and technical rooms.
The project is divided into two parts:
— Remodeling - the existing buildings, lighter interior remodeling parts of the building. The planned construction is in week 26/2014 and the handover is scheduled for week 48/2014.
— The new building - one floor with a technical mezzanine floor. The planned construction start is for week 26/2014 and the handover is scheduled for week 22/2015

— Credit appraisal/-rating, not older than 6 months, based on the most recent financial figures. The entire credit report shall be submitted and shall contain the financial figures for the last three financial years. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit report if necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview over relevant contracts performed over the last 5 years, included with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certification shall indicate the value, time periods and locations for the performance of works and indicate whether the works were carried out professionally and properly completed. The reference person shall be provided and Undervisningsbygg shall be authorized to contact the person(s) provided.

— An account of the supplier's average manpower and the total number of staff in the administration during the last three years.
— Central approval or a statement that the firm / company is eligible for local approval.
