Boligbygg Oslo KF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has 46 heating and hot water plants that they request to associate one service provider whom can operate and perform service for these heating and hot water systems in the period between 1.2.2014 and 1.31.2016. In addition, the EMS for 50 facilities within the property portfolio. The Awarding Authority requests bids for operations and the service of heating and hot water systems, as well as the monitoring of energy consumption, which provides an optimal energy-efficient operation, and suggestions for improvements and lower operational costs.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract is for 2 years with an unilateral option for the Awarding Authority to extend the contract for an additional 2 years with the same terms as the original 2 year period, the regulated contract sum for inflation in accordance to Statistics Norway's construction cost index for residential buildings, plumbing.
