Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract can be extended for 2 years, one and one year at a time.
Service providers shall have a technical support appartus for receiving error messages from PDMT:
The support apparatus shall be available 24/7/365.
Service providers shall deal with capacity changes 24/7/365 in accordance with the intervals specified in Annex B Prices point 2.2.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have the fincial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. This means a credit rating that is not lower than A (Dun & Bradstreet) or equivalent and not older than 6 months.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning management system for information security. This shall be documented either by a certificate in accordance with recognised international standards, or by a written account, or documentation of the company's system for the management of information security.
