Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract.
(3) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(4) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Experience from minimum 2 relevant assignments.
The supplier must substantiate low environmental impact in the production and distribution network by presenting a statement of existing routines or systems.
If the these are described in the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, registration in EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme, Eco lighthouse certification or equivalent systems, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate. If the supplier does not have certificate, a description of production and distribution network shall be presented.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier shall have sufficient financial ability to implement the contract.
As documentation the Awarding Authority will collect credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes services from Experian).
The supplier must as a minimum achieve rating “worthy of credit”.
The supplier is expected to be familiar with the registered information of the company and by submitting tender, consents to information being gathered and that this information shall form the basis for assessment of the supplier's financial conditions.

If the supplier is aware that the requirement for financial ability for carrying out the contract cannot be met through credit rating as described above, the supplier may submit other documentation that confirms that the financial ability is sufficient.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
