Directorate for Financial Management (DFØ) is the government's expert body for financial and corporate governance in the state. The Directorate's overall objective is to facilitate appropriate joint solutions in the state and good governance in the various government agencies. The Directorate shall contribute to the efficient use of resources in the state through the administration of the rules and the training measures, counselling and development of methods and tools. DFØ provides payroll and accounting services to respectively 75 and 60 per cent of state enterprises. DFØ is responsible for national accounts and government group account. There are about 370 employees in DFØdivided into a central unit in Oslo and six office locations, Drammen, Hamar, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Tromsø and Trondheim. The office location Tromso also includes Vadsø.
The Directorate for Financial Management (DFØ) is conducting an open tender competition with a view to concluding framework agreements with suppliers in the area of organizational development and leadership development. The agreements will address the needs for competence DFØ not have access to in its own organization or where there is a need for external assistance. The agreements can also be used for extra capacity. We intend to enter into framework agreements with up to five suppliers. Supplier must be able to deliver in both areas.
