The aim is to contract contractors for the execution of contract D009 lifts and escalators. The extent of the contract is public lifts, employee/fire lifts, goods lifts, kitchen lift, lifting platforms, lifting tables and escalators between floors 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5.
Lifts and escalators are an important contributor to fulfiling the requirement on universal design in the building, and in order to get the logisitics in the building to function as intended.

Requirement: Suppliers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Docuemntation: Tax certificates for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.
Foreign suppliers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.
Requirement: Suppliers shall fulfil legal requirements in Norway within health, safety and the environment (HSE).
Documentation: A HSE self-declaration shall be filled in and signed.
Requirement: Suppliers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as described in the law in the country where the supplier is established.

The company's last 3 annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Suppliers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

— Description of the supplier's technical personnel or technical units that the supplier can use for fulfilment of the contract.
— Information on the education and professional qualifications at the supplier and the company's administrative management and in particular for the person/s who will be responsible for carrying out the service.
— A list with a short description of the most important deliveries or services provided in the last three years, including information on content, value, date, and the name of the public or private recipient.
