The contract has an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's last three annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.
Credit rating, not older than one year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) Service providers shall have very good expreience from equivalent contracts. Documentation requirement: Service providers shall state relevant reference projects carried out in the last three years. It shall be clear who the awarding authority was, what work was carried out, the value of the work, the date of execution and the name/telephone number of a contact person at the awarding authority. A minimum of three references filled in the previous awarding authorities shall be enclosed. Annex 5 in the tender documents shall be used. The awarding authority reserves the right to contact the references.

2) Good capacity is required to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: An overview of the service provider's (including any sub suppliers) total manpower relevant for equivalent contracts. If sub suppliers are to be used, a binding statement shall be filled in (annex 6 in the tender documents). An overview shall be given of what work will be carried out by sub suppliers.

3) Service providers are required to have a good and well functioning quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: An account of the service provider's quality assurance system, as well as the contents. If the system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or other relevant certification system, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the certificate.

4) Service providers are required to have an environmental management system for following up and reporting the company's effect on the environment, or they are to document that the necessary environmental management system will be implemented during the contract period.

Documentation requirement: An account of existing routines that document that the requirement is fulfilled. If the routines are described in the company's quality assurance or environmental management system in accordance iwth ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or other third party verified system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate. If the environmental management system is being established, the provisional contents are to be enclosed together with an account of the proposed system and confirmation of when it is expected to be implemented and certified/approved.
