Tromsø kommune

Tromsø municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery of various supplies for the municipality's departments and service places, and has therefore called an open tender competition.
The contract will be for 2 years from when it is signed with an option for an extension for one year at a time for up to 2 years.
The tender invitation consists of the following product groups:
Product group 1 Office supplies
Product group 2 School supplies
Product group 3 Computer supplies
Product group 4 Copypaper
Product group 5 Envelopes with/without logo.
The municipality requests products in accordance with the tender documents for approx. 8 000 000 NOK per annum.
The estimated value per annum is only based on previously received statistics and it will not necessarily be the amount purchased in the contract period. The municipality can purchase more or less than the estimate, depending on the budget situation.
The tender can include the entire delivery of parts of it, all the product groups or individual categories. The contract can be divided between several suppliers, but the primary aim is to have as few suppliers as possible.
If a tenderer includes deliveries in his tender from other suppliers/sub suppliers, the tenderer must be liable for them.
The tender shall clearly stated if the tender does not fulfil all the requirements and specifications, with information on the deviations.
