The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for office supplies and free school materials to Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities. The contract includes procurement of accessories to the daily operation of the Awarding Authorities' offices and free school materials to the pupils of primary and lower secondary schools. Art subject and educational materials are not included in this framework agreement. The Awarding Authority uses Visma TendSign in this tender procedure. It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Certificate showing paid and taxes and social security contributions. Tax and payroll tax certificates are required. Documentation: Tax and RF-1244 issued by the chief municipal treasurer. The certificate shall not be older than six months. Foreign supplier shall present tax certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient financial implementation ability. It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial ability to comply with the contractual obligations. Documentation requirement: The tenderer's complete annual accounts for the previous two fiscal years (i.e. profit and loss accounting, balance sheets, the board of directors' report as well as the auditor's report).

If the supplier has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, the supplier can substantiate the economic and financial position by other documentation acceptable for the Awarding Authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Capacity: The tenderer shall give an overview of the company's organisation, manpower and resources at the tenderer's disposal in connection with implementation of the contract/ assignment related to how many municipalities the tenderer shall deliver products to.

Competence: The tenderer shall have sufficient competence to implement the contract/assignment and to comply with the competence requirements. The tenderer shall state the core team expected to be involved in the contract/assignment.
