A brief and principal description of the company, including:
— A statement of the company's business idea and core competence in relation to the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership as well as a description of the existing activities.
— Description on how the supplier is organised for implementation of this contract.
— A brief description of the overall quality assurance system the supplier will base the implementation of the contract.
Joint venture partners/sub-suppliers:
If cooperation constellations and sub-suppliers are involved, the supplier shall enclose the following:
— Name, address and business register number of the sub-supplier.
— Description of the parts of the assignment that shall be safeguarded by a sub-provider.
— If the supplier is dependent on sub-suppliers to fulfil one or several qualification requirements, sufficient documentation shall be presented which substantiate that the sub-supplier complies with these requirements.
— Statement of obligation, agreement on co-operation or corresponding formal documentation which substantiate that the supplier has the necessary resources at disposal from the stated sub-suppliers. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the relevant awarding authorities involved in the various deliveries, and shall as minimum contain:

— Extent of the delivery in value.
— Name and telephone number of the awarding authority's reference person.
If signed or verified certificate is unfeasible, the tenderer shall present a list of all relevant assignments with description in accordance with the above listed points. The Awarding Authority shall be authorised to address the stated contacts.

The supplier shall be well experienced from corresponding deliveries.
