Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The company's financial statements including notes and the board and audit report from the last 2 years, 2011 and 2012.
Rating by a credit rating agency.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The economic and financial capacity shall be good and a secure implementation capacity for the assignment during the agreement period.
A rating corresponding an "A" by Dun and Bradstreet or better.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
If applicable, Annex D: Declaration of commitment.
Certificates from similar assignments documentation that the bidder can obtain approval by the PBL enterprise classification 3 Policy for liability insurance.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The capacity and expertise for the contract assistance must be documented the same way as similar to the bidder.
Experience with consulting assignments with the same disciplines in the tender, preferably through framework agreements.
Must be highly likely to achieve approval for enterprise classification 3 within 3 months that the agreement is entered into.
It must be stated in the policy conditions and the restrictions that apply and the limiting amount.

The supplier must have liability insurance for each individual assignment which is assigned.
