The contract can be signed at the same time as the contract for the equipment for an estimated period of 60 months.

Shall be the last two years accounts and turnover, possibly extracts from the 2012 accounts.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a rating from a credit rating company, for example, Dun & Bradstreet. The requirement is a minimum of 1 x A from D&B.

Suppliers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract and carry out service in the equipment's lifetime.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

In addition an account shall be given of which parts of the contract shall be carried out by sub suppliers and documentation is to be enclosed that they have the necessary competence to carry out their part of the contract.

Equivalent requirements to those mentioned above shall also apply for any sub suppliers.
