NRK has continual focus on change and new creation. The requirements for good and efficient processes increase. In order to raise our competence further in this area, we will, in the near future, require courses and guidance in process management, as well as individual consultancy and facilitating groups. This must ocver an introduction to basic theory in process management and further training for those who already have some background. The target group for the courses shall be managers and project managers who are responsible for managing internal group processes. Refer to the four annexes for the complete tender documents:

Qualification requirement:
Tenderers shall be a legally registered company.
Documentation requirement:
Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre or equivalent in the country where the company is registered.
Tenderers shall not have tax arrears.
Docuemntation requirement:
Tax certificate from the chief municipal treasurer and the tax collector, not older than 6 months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tender.
Tenderers shall confrim that they fulfil legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety (HSE).
Completed self-declaration on health, environment and safety.

Qualification requirement:
Tenderers shall document healthy finances that leave no doubt on continued operation in the contract period.
Documentation requirement:
The economic and financial position shall be documented by the following information:
The last annual reports with the annual report, the auditor approved accounts, the auditor's report.
If a candidate, according to its own assessment is in doubt as to whether the available documentation of its financial position will be seen as sufficient, alternative documentation certified by an auditor will be accepted, or an up to date credit rating (not older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders), which documents the tenderer's financial position.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement:
Tenderers must have plans for professional updates/raising competence.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers shall describe their plan for professional updates, raising competence and the further development of the offered consultants and any other employees.
Tenderers shall have the capacity to provide the offered services to NRK during the contract period.
Use the table in the tender documents part II, point 4.2 for filling in the number of employees and turnover.
Tenderers shall have carried out at least three relevant and well documented references in the last three years, which document good results from previously completed assignments.
Furthermore it is a requirement that the references shall document good knowledge of NRK's branches as well as the contect and the culture that surrounds NRK as a digital media house with a large number of occupational groups employed.
A description shall be given of at least three of the most important relevant contracts in the last three years connected to each of the service categories included in the tender.
The references shall at a minimum be described with the following information:
— Customer's name,
— Contact information at the awarding authority; name, position, e-mail address and telephone number,
— Detailed description of the assistance and deliveries provided,
— Date and length,
— The references' time and hours used/financial value.
Documentation of the achieved results.
