Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NRK) invites you to apply for participation in the competition for entering into a contract for the lease of a computer room. NRK need future proof contract for rental of a computer-room and related services that best suit the needs of our business at any given time. The term "computer room" is intended to describe a location suitable to install and operate IT equipment – typically mounted in the racks. We regard this procurement as complex because we realize that the need can be met in several ways and want to ensure that it is possible to assess the degree of fulfillment of different requirements mutually and that good performance one requirment can reduce the need for one another in this procurement. NRK is at the forefront in the use of modern technology, which makes great demands on the services rendered.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The Contractor shall have a clean record - completed declaration on conduct shall accompany the application.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Supplier shall have satisfactory financial position.

Economic and financial position should be documented with the following information:

1. Final approved annual report including directors' report and auditor's report and any recent information of relevance.

2. Credit report from a business with a license to operate a credit information business.

Complete qualification requirements could be found in the qualification documents.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Contractor shall have adequate technical and organizational capacity to deliver all of the services described.

Contractor's organizational and technical capacity must be documented with the following information:

a) description of the supplier's ability to deliver;

b) It should be specified what resources (number of employees) belonging supplier.

Contractor shall have good experience in delivering similar services.

Documentation of the principal deliveries effected in the past three years that are relevant and comparable in terms of description of the contract object.
