NM 1300 Consultancy-engineering design, builder, project management, construction management

Interkommunal Innkjøpsordning Nedre Romerike

IINR, on behalf of Nittedal municipality, invite companies to an open competition for consultancy services for engineering design services, builder consultancy services, project management and construction management within road, water supply and sewage.
The work assignments that shall be carried out under this framework agreement are divided up into the following trades:
Water and sewage: for example, engineering design services and inspection of cleared areas and new construction of water and sewage installations, including, amongst other things, reviews of tender documents and tender processing.
Transport: Engineering design services and inspection of transport installations, including, amongst other things, reviews and preparation of tender documents and tender processing, detailed development plans and any impact assessments for transport projects.
Other trades: For example, geotechniques, geology, construction management, inspection of water and sewage installations, street lights.
This procurement/framework agreement is only for the environment and society development sector in Nittedal municipality, with the mentioned exceptions:
Exception 1: Nittedal municipality has an intermunicipal contract with Asplan Viak for operational assistance for the municipality's central treatment plants. Work included in this contract is not included in this notice.
Exception 2: Nittedal municipality has an intermunicipal contract with Rambøll on monitoring river systems on physical-chemical parameters. Work included in this contract is not included in this notice.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Nittedal municipality is carrying out a major project in which "new Nittedal" is being developed, hereafter called the centre plan. This procurement/framework agreemnet is not for work related to the centre plan. Nittedal municipality reserves the right to announce separate notices for this centre plan project. If Nittedal municipality would like to use this framework agreement for work related to the centre plan, the municipality reserves the right to do this.

Service providers are required to have economic and financial solidity.

Service providers must, as a minimum, achieve a rating of "credit worthy" (min. A in D&B).

Presentation of a credit rating with a minimum of good solidity (D&B), not older than one year. The rating must be issued by a certified credit rating institution, such as a bank or credit company.
