Randaberg Kommune

Large parts of Randaberg's health and welfare services are connected to the area Vardheim in the centre of Randaberg. The area shall be further developed with new buildings and alterations. An architect competition is currently being held for the project. The total room programme is approx. 7000m2 (net), partly areas that shall be renovated and partly new buildings.
An engineering design group shall be established for the project this contract is for engineering design services within construction (RIB), electro/tele/automation (RIE) and HVAC and sanitation (RIV).

RIB shall also see to the outer roof and roofing details. Transitions between the architect profession and RIB will be a part of the contract. Calcuations of existing constructions and calculations for demolition are relevant.
