As a replacement for the existing school at Raumyr, a new 3 parallel primary school for first to seventh grades shall be built. The school shall be constructed on the existing site facing north. This means that parts of the existing buildings and '“Lundeløkka' must be demolished. Provisional teaching premises must be established prior to start of works. Subsequent to moving in to the new school, the remaining buildings shall be demolished and outdoor areas shall be developed. New Raumyr primary school has an area of approx. 7 500 m and shall be prepared for future expansion to 4 parallels

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Annual accounts, including the board of director's annual report as well as the auditor's report for the previous 2 years.
— Semiannual profit and loss accounting for 2013.
— Rating minimum classification A.
— Description of the contractor's most relevant assignments the previous 5 years, of which minimum 1 shall be of corresponding nature during the previous 3 years.
— Statement of the contractor's average manpower during the previous 3 years, and the equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment at the contractor's disposal in connection with execution of the works/compliance with the contractual obligations.

— Statement of the contractor's environmental competence.
— The contractor must present central approval in enterprise classification 3 or substantiate that the company will achieve such approval.
