New primary school at Ranemsletta, as a part of the Overhalla primary and lower secondary school

Overhalla Kommune

The municipality of Overhalla shall build a new primary school at Ranemsletta, as part of the Overhalla primary and lower secondary school.
The building matter has a gross area scope of 3 150 m².
The building shall be constructed as a passive house. The demolition of the existing primary school is included.
The detailed room program and the performance description will be described in the tender documents.
The competitive tendering of the project as an engineering competition with a project after this preceding pre-qualification. The complete bid will be remunerated pursuant at NOK 75,000.
After the assumption of a contractor there shall be carried out an interaction phase before the entering of the final contract. The award criteria for the contract will be based on price, the solution and organization.
