New Olderskog primary school levels 4-7

Includes the building and construction services for the establishment of a new primary school for levels 4-7, new construction and the establishment of appurtenant outdoor sheds, parking area and outdoor areas with new schoolyard and ball courts.
School buildings:
The project covers 3 199 m² gross new construction of 2 student wings. The new construction consists of 3 412 m² total gross area m².
The buildings consist of 2 student wings with a central wing with an entrance hall, amphitheater, special room and administration. With the extension of the east wing it includes the gymnasium with locker rooms.
The new construction is on 2 floors with floor on the ground, covered in prefabricated concrete, roofing that includes steel roofing sheets and prefabricated roofing elements with sheathing paper.
The exterior walls are stud partition walls covered with cement-based sheet covering and wood paneling and interior painted plating. The outer windows are aluminum system walls or aluminium-plated wooden windows with exterior sun shading.
The ceilings are acoustical suspended ceilings systems, wood facade and solid painted suspended ceilings. The covering includes court coverings, mats and sports court coverings.
The stairs are of concrete with court coverings. The handrails on the stairs and in the galleries are painted steel. The main Amphitheatre is made of wood with parquet.
The school building is heated by hydronic heat in the floor of the 1st floor and radiators on the 2nd floor. 2 technical rooms are to be established for air handling units with heat recovery. It is balanced with ventilation based automation and a control system connected to the central operational control.
Management systems shall be established with monitoring of the fire alarm and the access control.
Outside sheds:
The outside sheds shall be built in load-bearing stud partitions and frame of joists of wood. Facades covered with wood paneling, ceiling with cardboard.
Outdoor construction:
The work up of approximately 10 000 m² outdoor areas. Including the full landscaping of the schoolyard for ball games, playground equipment and space and terraces. Including bicycle and car parking and access space, vegetation and structured terrain.
Biofuel plant:
In addition a new biofuel plant shall be established of approx. 300 KW for pellet heating and heat culvert for the new construction and for the existing school buildings for levels 1-3.
