Construction of a nursery with a gross area of approx. 2500 m² and development of a play area around the building. The turnkey contract shall be based on plan, facade and section drawings from the architect as well as requirement formulations for each profession. The building will have one floor apart from the administration and personnel room that will be on a second floor of approx. 390 m².
