New intranet for FFI – Phase 1

In autumn 2012 FFI starttd a preliminary project for a new intranet, in which a questionaire was carried out in the entire insitute and some interviews and workshops were held. This work has led us to believe that we need a new intranet that shall be a platform for good internal communication and cooperation and as a means for being more efficient. FFI's new intranet must function well together with our Microsoft platform and it must fulfil high requirements for security.
FFI's intranet project is divided into two, potentially three phases. This contract is only for Phase 1. Read more in 1.1 A project with several phases in the attached specificiations (Annex 1 Specifications).
The aim of the procurement is to get a new, modern and social intranet in a tool that makes it simple for employees to find information and communicate internally. It shall also be easy for the administrator and editor to publish and edit in the system.
