New Haraldsplass - technical consultancy services - engineering design group

The planning of "New Haraldsplass" has been going on since 2004 and the realisation of the first stage of the hospital's development project was visible in 2009 with a new and top modern theatre. The new theatre was taken into use in September the same year.
The last revision of the main function programme was approved in December 2012 and it forms the basis for all parts of the hospital's development plans.
In 2011 an architect contest was held for the hospital building. In March 2012 the jury selected CF Møller as the winners of the competition and further development is based on their proposal.
This procurement is for technical consultancy services for the planning and engineering design services of a new ward including connection to the existing buidings.
The development is in accordance with Helse Vest RHF's long term strategy for the health region.

1. Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known accounting figures from all the participants in the engineering design group. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

1. The participants in the engineering design group shall enclose a list of the most improtant contracts in the last 5 years, including information on value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The references can be contacted if needed.

2. Overview of the company's total manpower and a description/overview of resources for this contract.
3. Copy of central certification or documentation that the companies will achieve local certification in the relevant development classes for all the participants in the engineering design group.
4. Account of the companies' quality assurance system/control system

Copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certifying body or equivalent documentation.
5. Description of the environment control system.
6. The participants in the engineering design group shall enclose a list of the most important contracts in the last 5 years where BIM has been used, a new words on the extent of BIM in the reference projects shall also be written.

1. Good experience from equivalent types of contracts is required.
Specific experience from hospitals is required for the RIV and RIE professions.
2. A good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
3. The participants in the engineering design group are required to have/will be able to achieve certification for the right to the responsible in development class 3 for PRO.
4. A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
5. The engineering design group is required to have an environment control system.
6. Experience with engineering design services in BIM is required for the RIB, RIE and RIV professions at a minimum.
