New Borge secondary school

Fredrikstad Kommune

Fredrikstad Municipality has plans for new Borge school, designed for approximately 500 students and about 70 staff.
The planned project includes a new school building, partial reconstruction of the gymnasium building and new landscaping of the school's outdoor areas, as well as demolition of the caretaker residence and the relocation of huts.
Caretaker Housing and huts shall be used by the school during the construction period until occupation.
Parts of the existing gymnasium building require conversion into new changing rooms and shower rooms for boys and girls, with associated changes related to the Construction, Plumbing and Electrical work. The conversion includes an area of approximately 160m2. The conversion includes the installation of new elevator/lift platform, as well as connection with a new culvert as shown on the drawings.
The construction will be performed as a turnkey contract.
