Norsk kulturråd

The Arts Council Norway shall enter into a framework agreement for network components, network related equipment, software and additions (options) to the existing infrastructure. In addition there will be a need for assistance with the implementation of new equipment, projects and upgrades.
As periodical procurements will be made during the contract period, the Arts Council Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider.
A minor part of the contract will be assistance for the operation, service and maintenance of central network components with the accompanying administrative tools.
As the procurement of supplies is expected to make up the largest part of the contract's total value, the "Small Procurement Contract - Contract on the Procurement, Right of Disposal and Other Services for smaller IT Procurements" will be used.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) Company registration certificate;

2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);

3) Company tax certificate (National requirement);

4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— Credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company, or equivalent documentation. Service providers that are not credit worthy (e.g. C or worse at Dun & Bradstreet) will have their application rejected. Service providers with a bad credit rating (e.g. B at Dun & Bradstreet) are to provide on their own accord a statement on this and substantitate security for the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;

2) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts);

3) Other documentation required (please state below);

Qualification requirements:

— At least 2 relevant contracts in the last 2 years of equivalent systems.

Documentation requirement:

— Reference list of the awarding authority's name, the value of the contract and a contact person.

Qualification requirement:

— Service providers must document network competence that is relevant for the contract, i.e. competence within network and communication in general. This includes LAN, WAN, WLAN, telephony, firewall and security.

— Service providers are asked to document their general competecne within network and communication.

— Tenderers shall document any certification schemes that they are certified for by manufacturers,

— Service providers shall be a Gold or Platinum Solution Partner of Extreme Networks and Palo Alto.
