Through this notice, Ålesund Municipality, with Bingsa Næring, would like to acquire multi crusher for processing/sorting waste loads such as reinforced concrete, bottom ash from incinerators, etc.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 1: The supplier shall have the financial capacity to complete the assignment/contract.
Minimum Requirements: Credit-worthy.
Documentary Requirement 1: Credit rating, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline, based on the most recent accounts. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency. For start-up companies that do not have credit ratings, there must be corresponding documentation, such as statement of equity and financial position confirmed by the auditor.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Quality assurance system:
Requirements: A good and efficient quality assurance system is required for the services to be delivered.
Documentary Requirements: There shall be included an account of supplier's quality assurance/management system or a copy of the certificate issued by accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.
Experience:
Requirements: It is required that the company has experience of similar projects. By similar projects we mean the sale and installation of similar systems with the same scope and value.
Documentary Requirements: A reference list shall be attached with at least one reference showing that the eligibility requirements are met. For each reference assignment there shall be provided information on assignment content and scope, value, time, duration, client, contact person at the Award authority with e-mail and telephone number.
