Museene i Sør-Trøndelag AS, Stiftelsen Lillehammer museum, Stiftelsen Norsk Folkemuseum and Hedmark fylkesmuseum AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has decided to converge in collecting tenders for ticket and cash register system. MuseumsIT as, with Business Register Number 897 761 602 is contracting party.
The objective with this invitation to tender is to procure a future oriented, user-friendly and dependable ticket and cash register system which contributes to increased efficiency/coordinated work processes.
The system must handle the following sales:
Sales of tickets.
Sales from shops.
Sales from cafés/eating places.
The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The tenderer shall present self-declaration regarding conduct in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 11-10 (1) or 20-12 (1) e.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Information and formalities necessary for assessment if the criteria are fulfilled:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the assignment. Credit rating or authorisation to obtain credit appraisal report shall be attached the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall substantiate minimum 2 equivalent assignments for the previous 5 years. A cash register system with integration to financial system shall have been delivered.
The documentation shall contain information of the name of the awarding authority, extent, content and date of delivery.
Statement of the company's quality assurance system shall be given, including health, safety and environment system with relevance to this contract, copy of certificate issued by a publicly approved quality control institution. The tenderer shall have an environmental management system which, as a minimum, includes routines for safeguarding the following elements:

- The company's environmental goals and environmental policy.
- Strategy related to environmental aspects.
- Execution of the contract in an environmental reliable manner, e.g. waste sorting and transport.
Self declaration describing how the routines are implemented and function may be presented. If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system in accordance with the Eco-Lighthouse system, ISO 14001, EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme or equivalent system verified by a third party, valid certificate of this is sufficient.
