Helse Bergen HF, hereafter referred to as Award authority, currently have approx. 100 Diathermy apparatus and approx. 40 fume extractors which are divided between operating theatres and poly-clinics.
Helse Bergen HF intends that the replacement should be performed in the coming 2 to 6 years, but this is not a final and binding timetable for replacement rate.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Award authority currently does not have an overview of all departments that will be developed/created in the replacement period, and where it may be appropriate to order the same equipment as that which should be replaced.
In order that the evaluation of the tenders shall take place in a predictable way, the evaluation will be based on the volume specified in the attached matrix attachment 8 This is based on the volume of the current equipment. This volume will then be increased by 10% to account for possible future extensions that one should be able to perform under the agreement established.

- Norwegian: Certificate of Registration
- Foreign companies: Confirmation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established. Documentation, such as certificate of registration, which shows that the company is registered in accordance with company registration regulations and may engage in business activities in Norway.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the most recent figures The rating must be performed by an approved credit rating agency Rating must be at least A or better, measured by AAA Capital adequacy scale - or equivalent scores from another reputable rating agency.

If the Tenderers cannot attach a credit assessment, the Award authority will obtain this themselves from AAA Solvency AS.
If the tenderer's credit assessment is not satisfactory, for example, start-up companies with a credit rating AN, this may be compensated for by adequate unconditional guarantees from the bank and/or parent company with a satisfactory credit rating. Such alternative documents shall form part of the tender.
