Høgskolen i Telemark

Telemark University College, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a contract involving media strategy, media planning and media purchase. Emphasis is to be on choice of digital and social channels. It is expected that the media agency cooperates closely with the creative agency.
The assignment also includes project management of works until delivered and evaluated. Furthermore, the Awarding Authority requests a permanent contact at the agency.
The primary target group for the Awarding Authority's campaigns and communication is young people from 18 to 25 years. In relation to the long term objective and communication, the primary target group is from 16 to 25 years and the secondary target group is parents, teachers and other opinion leaders. The essential geographical areas are Telemark, Buskerud, Vestfold and Stor–Oslo
