The total possible contract period is four years, three years with an option for a one year extension.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
Requirement:
— Service providers shall fulfil their obligations as regards tax and VAT payments.
— Service providers shall have a HSE system.
— Service providers shall have a legally established company.
— Central employees in the company and the service proivder are required to have not been legally convicted for participation in a criminal organisation or for corruption, fraud or white washing of money.
Documentation requirement:
— Self-declaration that central employees in the company and the service provider have not been legally convicted for participation in a criminal organisation etc.
— Tax certificates for tax and VAT for any sub suppliers.
— Company registraion certificate for any sub suppliers.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

-Presenation of the company's annual accounts for 2012, approved by the auditor with the annual report.
-Credit rating from a certified credit rating company that confirms that the service provider is credit worthy.
-Any binding statement/written cooperation agreement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service providers shall have sufficient economic solidity, liquidity and profitability.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(2) Other documentation required (please state below)
Account of the service provider's average number of employees during the last three years and the number of employees within the job categories project manager, junior consultant, senior consultant and technical architect.
Account of the company's methods/methodology that shall be used for the provision of the services and quality assurance of development and further development services, as well as how information security is taken care of.
Any binding statement/written cooperation agreement.

Good experience is required from fulfilling similar contracts with good results.
Good ability and the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Methods/methodology that ensure consistent quality of the development and further development.
