The tender shall include all works until the municipal master plan is approved for public review.
The municipal master plan shall comply with the requirements given in the Planning and Building Act with regulations and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's manuals and instructions. The tender shall include all mapping, registration and investigation of ground conditions necessary for a complete municipal master plan.
