Sporveien Oslo As (former Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a prequalification for participation in a tender contest with negotiations with prequalified applicants in accordance with the Supplies regulations. The contract involves a main bank agreement for the Awarding Authority. The objective of the contract is to meet the Awarding Authority's requirement for ordinary banking service such as corporation account system, margins for bank deposits and overdraft facilities, prices for all incoming and outgoing payment services, requirements related to service and follow up, CM consultancy and other financial consultancy, etc. This implies the Awarding Authority's requirement for account system, bank deposits and overdraft facilities with a value of up to 400 000 000 NOK.

In 2012, the Awarding Authority, business registration number 915 070 434, had running incomes of 3 393 000 NOK and a trading result of 97 500 000 NOK. The Awarding Authority's investment incomes were 6 700 000 NOK, while the investment expenses amounted to 76 700 000 NOK. Net income prior to taxes were 27 500 000 NOK and after taxes 18 800 000 NOK.With this, the Awarding Authority wishes to prequalify up to 4 banks which shall compete for the Awarding Authority's requirement for ordinary banking services. The contract period is 3 years with option for 1 year prolongation. The contract implies the Awarding Authority's requirement for account system, bank deposits and overdraft facilities with a value of up to 400 000 000 NOK. Outgoing payment transactions amount to approx. 33 000 NOK for the Awarding Authority and Unibuss, while incoming payment transactions amount to approx. 9 000 NOK per annum.The Awarding Authority also requests option for a bullet loan with a value of 200 000 000 NOK for 3 years with option for 1 year prolongation. The Awarding Authority's remaining requirement for long-term financing is not included in this tender contest. The Awarding Authority has a considerable investment activity; most of the investments are covered by public subsidy schemes. The investment level in 2012 was a record and ended up at approx. 1 500 000 NOK.

The Awarding Authority emphasises that registration for participation in the tender contest shall be through the Awarding Authority's procurement portal: https://anbud.ktpas.no/ktp/ Qualification documents, self-declaration forms regarding HSE and quality assurance system as well as other relevant documentation are available for downloading for all interested parties from the Awarding Authority's procurement portal. This means that registration for participation in the tender competition is done electronically by uploading all the requested information within the deadline for registration through the procurement portal. The tenderer shall also complete 1 self-assessment form involving HSE and Quality assurance systems. This form is also available for downloading from the portal. When the prequalification process is completed, the tender documents will be distributed electronically through the procurement portal to the prequalified tenderers.
