MA2645/13E Framework agreement, purchase of lighting equipment for TV drama production

The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest for purchase of lighting equipment for use in connection with TV drama production.
The framework agreement is extensive and shall mainly be related to lamps and other lighting technical equipment, but may also include purchase of other new technical assistive aids considered a natural part of the area.
The Awarding Authority aims at entering into framework agreements for the 4 main categories listed below with A/B/C ranking of prioritised suppliers.
The value of the entire agreement is subject to major variation (from 0 to 3 000 000 NOK/annum). The reason for this is that the replacement of equipment is not distributed evenly during the agreement period, but often occurs in bulks.
Even if the Awarding Authority has estimated the volume for each category, the volume is not fixed or binding for the Awarding Authority. This applies for each category and the total volume, as the requirement may vary considerably due to consecutive production volume, technological development, replacement frequency and upgrading/supplementing requirements during the agreement period.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to competitive tendering of larger project in particular.
The framework agreement shall include the following four main categories:
HMI lamps.
Tungsten lamps.
Low energy lamps.
Light grip equipment
