(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

The vendor should not have tax arrears related to payment of taxes to the public.

The vendor shall confirm that the company meets the statutory requirements in Norway within health, safety and environment (HSE) for any work to be performed in Norway

The vendor shall be a legally registered business

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Solvency Assessment issued by a business with a license to operate a credit bureau. The assessment must be based on the most recent annual or later financially relevant information, should provide information on credit worthiness as well as the degree of bankruptcy risk and must not be dated later than 6 months prior to the closing date.

If the vendor has valid reasons not to disclose/submit the requested documentation, alternative documentation may be accepted, such as guarantees from parent companies that meet eligibility requirements (it must be accompanied by documentation as requested above for parent company) or declaration from the auditor that documents the fulfillment of the requirement.

The vendor shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil his contractual obligations

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) Other documentation required (please state below)

Documentation of the most relevant and comparable deliveries.

The documentation must provide for delivery scope, delivering solutions, description of the nature and service provided, value and duration as well as customers' names and contact information.

It should be explicitly stated to which extend the previously deliveries are based upon standardized models. Any development and customization scope shall particularly be counted for.

Description of the organization and professional qualifications of the vendor, whether the proposed Model belongs to the vendor itself or not, listing the number of personnel that can be made available for the execution of the contract; particularly for System development, adaptation, integration, on-site implementation and technical support and maintenance of software and if applicable hardware if and when required.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The vendor shall have a broad and extensive experience delivering and supporting standardized and open LGD model to other Export Credit Ratings Agencies within the OECD or Financial Institutions subject to regulations similar to Basel II / Internal Ratings Based or similar.

The vendor shall have sufficient capacity to implement and support the delivered solution.
