Tromsø kommune

Tromsø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement for delivery of lighting accessories and electric materials to the Awarding Authority's result and support units. Option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation of the agreement. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Information of the tenderer: Annex 1 shall be completed and attached the tender. The supplier is asked to provide information of his organisation and turnover in such a manner that the Awarding Authority is able to form an accurate image of the company.

Company registration certificate from the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established. E.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre (company registration certificate), as well as settled classification for the register, if available.

Certificate issued by the competent authority in the member country where the supplier is established, which confirms that the supplier has fulfilled the obligations regarding the payment of taxes and social contributions (form RF-1244 can be obtained from the tax collector) as required by national law, in the country where the supplier is established.

The certificate shall not be older than 6 months. Financial requirements: The company's (not the corporation) annual accounts for the previous 2 years as well as turnover for the services generated by the contract. As a minimum, this shall include the board's report, profit and loss accounting, balance sheet and notes. The Awarding Authority also requests auditor's report for the previous 2 years. Sub-suppliers, if any, shall be stated
