Legal assistance in connection with procurements

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of legal assistance and assistance in connection with implementation of public procurements.
Typical assignments are:
— Counselling and instruction in relation to legal questions and problems in connection with public procurements, of which public ICT procurements are a considerable part of the assignment;
— Assistance/implementation of the entire procurement process, i.e. deciding procurement procedure, participate in preparation of requirement specifications, complete the tender notice in the Doffin database, consultancy services in the subsequent process and participate in comparison of received tenders.
The service will i.a. include consecutive consultations and assistance in connection with agreement formulation and negotiations, if any. It is emphasised that the above listed is not complete and more assignments and projects may be included during the agreement period.
