The awarding authority will obtain a credit rating from Soliditet AS.
Suppliers must, as a minimum, have rating code A - credit worthy.
Companies/tenderers that have not had accounts in recent years will be rejected unless a bank guarantee is provided of such a size that it can be used as a guarantee for the contract's content. Suppliers can also be qualified financially with the documentation mentioned in paragraph 17-8 (2), provided that documentation is enclosed that states that the tenderer can use the necessary resources and that the other company fulfils the requirement.
