we invite companies to an open tender competition - lawyer services. Finnut Consult AS is holding the tender competition. The awarding authorities would like tenders for lawyer services for the period 2013-2016 (3 years). The start of the service will be by 1.6.2013.
This shall be done electronically in Mercell by clicking the tab "Give a tender" and then on "I want to offer" or "I do not want to offer". This is only meant as an indicator as to whether the awarding authority can expect a tender or not. You do not bind yourself as a service provider by confirming that you want to offer. We would like tenderers to confirm whether they want to offer as soon as possible.
All communication in the process shall go via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no
This is so that all communication is logged. When you are in on the competition, choose the tab Communicaiton.
Then click on the symbol New Message. Write the information to the awarding authority and then click. The awarding authority then receives your message. If the questions concerns all tenderers, the awarding authority will reply anonymously by providing the answer as additional information. Additional information is available under the tab Enquiry and then the sub tab Additional information. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to the additional information.
