Kulturfabrikken Eiendom AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall as the builder of a new cultural building in Sortland, procure new cinema technical equipment for 2 cinema auditoriums.
Tenders are to be given for NOC services to the large auditorium in accordance with the system integrator agreement. The NOC service shall be provided by a system integrator with an agreement with Film & Kino. The contract period is from the opening date (preliminary date March 2014) to a new framework agreement is in force (April 2014).
