Møre og Romsdal county invite companies to a tender competition for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new building 08, Btr. 1 at Kristiansund sixth form college.
The tender competition is for the implementation of the project, including consultancy and engineering design services, all disciplines.
Building 08, Btr. 1 has a total gross area of 2,293m2 divided over 3 floors.
The net area is 1 566 m².
Gross area level 1 = 1 332 m² (Vestibule with reception, technical room, as well as halls for the building and construction subject)
Gross area level 2 = 676 m² Administration, teacher work rooms and theory rooms for the building and construction subject)
Gross area level 3 = 285 m². Science subjects.
The footprint of the building on the site is 10 478 m².
All tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system will not allow tenders to be submitted electronically via Mercell after the deadline has expired).

If there is additional information from the awarding authority and you would like to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes and submit it again right up until the deadline expires. The last tender will be seen as the final tender. The new tender must fulfil all the formal requirements.
Tenders require an electronic signature when they are submitted.
You will be asked for an electronic signature when you submit a tender in order to confirm that it is the tenderer that has submitted the tender. An electronic signature can be obtained from www.commfides, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature, so this process should be started as soon as possible.
