Kongsberg kommunale Eiendom KF

In it's capacity as property manager for Kongsberg municipality, it is KKE's responsibility to provide snow removal/clearance, gritting and sweeping of the properties. The property portfolio is currently divided into 4 lots. KKE invites service providers to a framework agreement for all lots for snow clearance and gritting around municipal properties. Each lot comprises about 10 to 20 properties. The agreement has a term of 2 years, with an option to extend the agreement by a further 1 + 1 year(s). - A statement of service provider's average workforce over the past three years and the tools, machinery, materials and engineering equipment available to service provider for the implementation of the contract/assignment
- Details of service provider's 3 most relevant assignment during the past 3 years. The description must include a statement of the value, date, award authority (name, telephone and e-mail), as well as information on the nature of said assignments
References will be contacted if necessary to clarify relevance of the assignment It is, however, service provider's responsibility to document relevance through the description
