The Kallerud Sport shall in Gjøvik municipality was constructed in 1986 and shall now be upgraded. The existing area is approx. 2 260 m2 and it shall be renovated and upgraded together with new area; approx. 2 390 m2. Total area is approx. 4 650 m2.
The size of the hall shall now be twice as big and this shall be done by extending the hall in such a way that it has room for 2 handball courts for practice and 1 court situated across the practice courts with telescopic grandstands on both sides.
Simultaneously, one new changing room facility etc, storeroom and technical room shall be constructed. The existing vestibule shall be expanded and a new entrance with a new second vestibule shall be built.
The existing squash halls are divided up in 2 levels and reconstructed to a training centre at level 1 and an office/VIP facility at level 2.
All existing rooms shall be renovated with new surfaces and new technical plants.
Start of works is scheduled to 2.1.2014 and completion date is 11.12.2014.
The works includes all disciplines and the project shall be executed as a general contract with sub-contracts.
