K351 Haram upper secondary school, construction stage 1, building owner's representative

Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest for the following services in connection with K351 Haram upper secondary school, construction stage 1:
- Building owner's representative.
The tender contest includes the role as the building owner's representative for the implementation stage of the project in the engineering, procurement and construction contract. The services include assignments for safeguarding the Awarding Authority's interests in connection with implementation of the project in such a way that the property developer executes the works in accordance with progress, financing and quality requirements given in the contract.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline. If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender. The latest tender must comply with all formal requirements.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no. Attention is drawn to the fact that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
