Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a tender contest for the following services in connection with Project K104 Romsdal upper secondary school in Molde: - Engineering, procurement and construction sub contract Solid wood. The tender contest includes an engineering, procurement and construction sub contract in relation to the implementation of the project, including consultancy services and engineering design. The services include contract with the Awarding Authority: o Draft project. - Preliminary project. In order to qualify the tenderer must substantiate that the tenderer's company and the tenderer's sub-contractors and sub-consultants have central approval for UTF/KUT and PRO/KPR in enterprise classification 2 for engineering design and construction/execution.

The contract includes projects which shall be implemented in accordance with the planning and building act with commencement from 01.01.2013. Internal control in the UTF function is included, as well as the KUT function for 3rd party control.
If the tenderer's company and the tenderer's sub-contractors and sub-consultants do not have central approval, the tenderer may substantiate in other ways that equivalent local approval can be obtained. Copy of previous assigned right to accept responsibility may be submitted as documentation.
