K104 Romsdal upper secondary school - engineering, procurement and construction for solid wood

Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a tender contest for the following services in connection with Project K104 Romsdal upper secondary school in Molde:
- Engineering, procurement and construction sub contract Solid wood.
The tender contest includes an engineering, procurement and construction sub contract in relation to the implementation of the project, including consultancy services and engineering design. The services include contract with the Awarding Authority:
o Draft project.
- Preliminary project.
As transferred sub contractor to the property developer (option):
o Detailed engineering design solid wood.
o Delivery and Construction - building and installation (complete delivered and assembled solid wood delivery) - including documented internal control.
o Completion and Adminstration, operation and maintenance documentation.
o Handover and guarantee.
- Assignments related to public case consideration for commissioning, temporary permit to use and certificate of completion.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline.
If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender. The new tender must meet all formal requirements.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no, or www.bankid.no.
Note that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
