K104 Romsdal upper secondary school - Engineering design manager/the builder's representative

Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a tender contest for the following services in connection with Project K104 Romsdal upper secondary school: Engineering design manager with option for engagement as the builder's representative. The tender contest involves role as engineering design manager for development of Concept to Draft projects and Preliminary project. The services include assignments where the purpose is to ensure the Awarding Authority's objectives in the project.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).
If the tenderer is not user at Mercell, have questions in relation to functionality in the system, e.g. how to submit tenders, please contact Mercell Support on telephone: +47 21 01 88 60 or by e-mail to support@mercell.com.
It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline.
If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender. The new tender must meet all formal requirements.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no, or www.bankid.no.
Note that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
