The tender contest involves role as architect for development of Concept to Draft projects and Preliminary project. The services include assignments where the purpose is to ensure the Awarding Authority's objectives in the project. All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline). If the tenderer is not user at Mercell, have questions in relation to functionality in the system, e.g. how to submit tenders, please contact Mercell Support on telephone: +47 21 01 88 60 or by e-mail to support@mercell.com. It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline.
