Joint, regional electronic medication and chart system(s), and system for Cytostatika management
In this contract the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, and shall enter into 1 or 2 corporate agreement which shall include complete implemented electronic systems for the following 2 tender competition areas:
1) Joint/regional electronic medication and graph system(s) (henceforth abbreviated EK) for the Awarding Authority.
2) Joint/regional system for Cytostatika management (henceforth abbreviated CYT) for the Awarding Authority.
Tender competition area 1: The Awarding Authority shall procure and maintain 1 or several complete implemented electronic medication and graph system(s) - EK- for emergency wards, intensive care units, surgical wards, anaesthesia, in-patient/bed posts, day care treatment and out patients clinics for all health enteprises included in the Awarding Authority's health region.
The objective is to quality assure the treatment and medicament management in such a way that the data follows the patients in an overall patient treatment course. The Awarding Authority' purpose with the contract is to procure joint EK system(s) and improve the security of patients/treatment documentation as well as ensuring high quality of data related to operations documentation, training, research, development, quality assurance and reporting. EK shall optimise the patients' treatment course and the treatment quality in such a way that the data follows the patient in a holistic patient treatment course.
Tender competition area 2: The Awarding Authority shall procure a joint regional system for Cytostatika management. This includes electronic booking of chemo treatment from hospital wards to hospital pharmacies. The system shall contribute to quality assurance and standardisation of additives and production of chemo therapy executed in and outside hospital pharmacies.
