Internationalisation of the petroleum focused supplier industry

The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (OED), c/o the Climate, Industry and Technology Department (KIT), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority aims at implementing a study on Norwegian petroleum focused supplier industry's international turnover. The Awarding Authority requires knowledge of the activity in the petroleum focused supplier industry and how this industry's international turnover develops over some time.
The Awarding Authority requests external assistance in relation to a quantitative and methodical collection and analyses of information of the international turnover, etc, for the petroleum focused supplier industry
Alterations in what is considered the industry's prioritised markets and the turnover, etc. thereof are rapid and it is necessary to update the information on regular basis.
If the study is successful, it may be relevant for the Awarding Authority to continue the study in order to identify development over some time. It is expected that the study shall be executed in 2013 with potential updating every year. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
